TED Developer Alpha number P15

I was fortunate enough to acquire a TED Developer Alpha number P15 from
Michael Tomczyk, VIC Product Manager.  We weren't sure if it would work but
I got luck and it works great.  I haven't tested out all ports and
functions but at least I know my EPROMs are good.  I will be sharing these
with Anders Carlsson so hopefully he can get his working too.

While it was originally thought to be a prototype, Michael used it for
development purposes at Commodore and Bil Herd clarified that it is a
Developer Alpha given to developers to get a jump start on development.
The motherboard layout fits inside of a Commodore 64 case and has the same
ports; probably so that developers could quickly get started and not have
to wait for the more proprietary joysticks.

I read many of Anders' old posts here and all of the feedback he got and I
thought some of you might like to see it.  If anyone would like to see
