I have the Microcomputer Components databook from Motorola, year 1979.
It doesn't have the 6883, but it does have MC6800, 6801, 6802, 6803,
6808, 6809, 6821, 6828, 6840, 6843, 6844, 6845, 6846, 6847, 6850,
6852, 6854, 6860, 6862, 6870, 6871, 6875, 6880, 6881, 6882, 6885-88,
6889, 68488 (from M6800 NMOS family), MC3446, 3447 and 3448 (from
Linear Parts for M6800 MPU), MC3870 (Other NMOS Microprocessors),
MC14500B, MC141000 (CMOS Microcomputer and Industrial Control Unit),
and some 4-bit slice stuff, both TTL and MECL.

It's rather thin paper, so the scans would probably need some cleaning
up, before releasing in any form. I'm not sure whether I have the
time for all that work, though...
