C16 schematics and plus/4 troubleshooting

I got some new schematic diagrams from Mike Dailly's plus/4 site and made
them available at http://www.funet.fi/pub/cbm/schematics/computers/plus4/.
I didn't check the differences between the c16 and c116 schematics, but
at least they have a similar structure.
