Hallo allemaal, Thanks for all your contributions to the list. By accident I also found a list with IC numbers plus explanation. The list was in Dutch and therefor I think it is made by Hans Kessels, a member of our usergroup. The list is divided in three columns: number, explanation and the number I have found in the box. No number means not in the box :( stock 251104-04 kernal rom sx/64 251641-02 251641-03 251715-01 C64-II array 24 251828-03 disk kontroller 1571 240 251829-01 16 251913-01 Kernal/Basic 64-II 100 251968-01 1541C 16KB ROM 150 252179-01 7 252180-01 45 252535-01 7 252608-01 1 310654-03 1571 dos v3.0, bug recognising single sided disk 310654-05 1571 dos v3.0 315078-02 c/128 kernal rom 315079-01 c/128 character DIN rom 40 columns 18 315090-01 1570 dos 1 315093-01 AMIGA Kickstart 1.2 43 315093-02 AMIGA Kickstart 1.3 317040-01 C16 jack 317041-01 C16 pirate adventure,ad2 317042-01 C16 atomic mission,ad3 317043-01 C16 strange adventure 317046-01 Plus4 logo,$8000-$bfff 317047-01 Plus4 logo,$c000-$ffff 317051-01 C16 script/plus,$8000-$bfff 317052-01 C16 script/plus,$c000-$ffff 317053-01 Plus4 3 plus 1,$8000-$bfff 317054-01 Plus4 3 plus 1,$c000-$ffff 318004-05 C16 / Plus4 kernal 260 318006-01 C16 / Plus4 basic 318008-01 1551 dos v2.6 318018-02 C128 basic rom,$4000-$7fff 35 318019-02 C128 basic rom,$8000-$bfff 8 318020-03 C128 kernal rom US 22 318022-02 C128d basic rom metal case 200 318023-02 C128d kernal rom US metal case + kernal & basic C64 mode 150 318029-03 8520 2 318045-01 1581 dos v10 318047-01 1571 dos v3.1 For C128D metal case 11 318072-02 1 318077-01 C128d kernal rom DIN metal case + kernal & basic C64 mode 318077-03 C128d kernal rom DIN metal case + kernal & basic C64 mode 324744-01 FPLA ?? 4 324745-01 7 325302-01 3 325303-01 1540 rom 23 325340-03 7 325341-01 1526 ?? 3 325572-01 50 380212-07 30 380217-01 13 380715-02 27 380783-01 20 380784-01 5 380785-01 PAL 2000 ?? 20 390059-01 C128 character rom US 40 columns 390304-01 V2.04 24 390307-02 35 390309-01 2 390336-02 1 390433-02 8373R4 DENISE 1 390540 FAT GARY 1 390563-01 A590 DMAC 10 390629-01 V2.04 OS Amiga for A3000 2 390630-01 V2.04 OS Amiga for A???? 2 390852-01 C64GS kernal & basic rom 390979-01 V2.04 OS Amiga for A???? 1 391010-01 ALICE 1 391078-01 8520PL 8 391227-01 LISA 4 391388-01 V2.05 OS Amiga for A???? 1 391424-02 GAYLE 4 391523-01 V3.00 OS Amiga for A???? 1 5710 1571CR CIA-like chip 1 5719 6504 CPU 3 6505 CPU 10 6509 CPU 4 6520 6821-clone 100+ 6522 6522A 2 MHz 10 6525 I/O 6526 6526A 2 MHz 4 6532 RIOT 6550 1K*1 SRAM 6551 Serial I/O 5 6561 VIC-I 5 6570-036 AMIGA keyboard controler 3 6569 VIC-II 6581 SID 68766 EPROM Motorola equivalent of 2364 ?? 6 788159 SHARP 4 8360 TED 8 8361R3 130 8362R8 DENISE 45 8364R4 PAULA 1 8364R7 PAULA 20 8367R0 AGNUS 1 8371 FAT AGNUS 1 8372A BIG FAT AGNUS 2 8500 CPU 50 8520 CIA alike 8563R9 C128 VDC 80 columns 40 8565R2 C64-II VIC-II 100 8566R3 C128 VIC 40 columns 100 8568 C128 metal case VDC 80 columns 1 8580 C64-II SID 10 8701 clock generator 60 8721R3 C128 PLA addressdecoder 160 8722R2 C128 MMU 90 901225-01 C64 character ROM 100 901226-01 C64 basic ROM 14 901227-01 C64 kernal ROM 64 901229-01 1541 25 901460-03 VIC-20 character rom 7 901885-01 8050 6530-47 RIOT DOS 2.7 17 906114-01 C64 PLA 10 CA3046 4 CO25913-38 6 FDC9668 60 HM4716A Hitachi 16K*1 DRAM ?? 10 IMP9502BCC 4 LC3514A Sanyo mouse ?? 700+ MB674213U 4 NE592 5 SCM786501 4 WD1691 18 Z80 CPU 90 For Marko: I don't mind maintaining the list. Use this one as a start to place it on FUNET. Others can contribute mailing comments directly or thru CBM-Hackers. A tip for everyone, I'll start opening all C='s I have to check the IC's and their codes. Please do the same with your equipment. I also want to expand the list by sorting the codes by MACHINE. This means that if you look up, let's say C64, you'll see you'll find the 901226, 901225 etc. inside it. For Christian Stich: You see how many 5710's and 8568's I have.... But we can talk about the 901885. The problem is that I have to find them first. I didn't know what they were until I read your and Petri Andrases mail. Otherwise I would have laid them apart for being a PET/CBM-freak myself. For Richard: Are 5 8360's enough, I'll need some for the club as well. Please give me your address by a private mail.
