The official way would be to call them by their PCB assembly number, but why not use the common board names? The first one is simply the VIC20 and the second one is the VIC20CR. I always have trouble writing VIC, since it was the VC20 for me all the time :-) I made a list of board names and assembly numbers for the C64 and the 128 once, I think I can add the two VIC-20 as well (I should have both of them) and post the list again.
