I just looked at www.go64.de, and according to it 5/2000 is shipping now. The main problem why the english language version is that late is the translation process. I received the German 10/2000 a while ago, so they're maybe only two months late on the German one. It's not that bad, and after all, you get one issue every month or so, so it doesn't really matter what date is printed on the cover.
