I'd expect that the programmer would throw an error during either programming or verifying it, but instead it seems happy. The verified checksum matches the one on the jedec file. I've used jedec full (91) translation format on my 2900 and it didn't complain about anything during the file upload to the programmer. Next I'll try to dump this programmed part as an eprom and see what's not correct. I just wanted confirmation that the linked jedec (into the zip archive) was correct.
