The comb filter is on the receiver's side. Michiel was probably
referring to an option which is available in the capture device (or sw).

AFAIR, according to Attila Grósz (--> YAPE), they aren't.

Also, some colours of the palette (both PAL and NTSC) are out of gamut,
due to the high luminosity and saturation levels combined.
