C64 PLA dump with some "leftovers"?

Hi all,
I've received this 82S100 fuse dump out of an american C64 REV.A board
(1982), it has some non zeroed terms after the "regular" terms. I
attach a dump I use myself for comparison.
I think the differences aren't relevant but I'm curious if these are
just a leftover or what? Do these make just useless gate toggles
inside the PLA and maybe add some additional heat?
