Yay. Internet fame for 10 minutes' work. Was this in an FB group? I couldn't read the code well enough to actually figure out what they intended and what causes the bug, but there are a few comments like "scan to ':' or to end of line" and similar, so I thought adding the "0:" might change things. I guess it would be possible by adding more textual labels and "variable" names and other comments, to figure out what actually happens.
