Nicolas' own flash programs (one for kernal and BASIC, one for option ROMs)
want the ROM image at $2000. I haven't used your program but I see in the
instructions that you say that the start address for the flash image file
"reside within the flash memory (PET: MSB >= $90, VIC: MSB >= $a0)", so I
guess that the expander maps the bank to be flashed into that memory area
when set into flash mode.

Coming to think of it, I must have used a blank image from the start in my
VIC 20 because I have no other way of programming one, so it must be
possible to flash a generic image. The problem is that I don't know which
actual banks of the flash chip that are flashed. The expander allows four
16K images and four 8K images to be flashed, which would amount to 96K of
the available 128K in the chip. I guess that I'll better just try it out
and see what happens.

Best regards,
Niklas
