SCSI to SD board

Hi all,

I bought a SCSI to SD board this works with Amiga's but I have heard it
will also
work with the CMD HD.
This board emualtes SCSI and makes this think work just like any mechanical
50 pin SCSI
mechanism works.
Apparently though you need an Amiga to do the partitioning and formatting
is the partitioning and formatting just the same as the Amiga since it also
uses the
same 50 pin SCSI?

I need to know this because I may have someone that has an Amiga that can
partition and format this for me.
