Do you know a source of those parts? I am mostly finding something for much thicker cables (for mains electricity), and typically without a tail (Knickschutz) that would limit the bending of the cable. At the Australian shop http://ombertech.com the sweet spot ought to be be somewhere around 9 cables at AUD 8 each (495 grams total). The shipping cost would be rather steep (AUD 34.80, almost half the total value of AUD 72). I think that I will pass it until less expensive shipping options become available, especially since the local 24% VAT would have to be paid not only for the product but also for the already taxed shipping costs.
