ZPFAK ROMs

Hallo allemaal,

I'm scanning a bunch of EPROMs I found. They were given to me some 
years ago and now I found some time to find out what they are.

I found four with a piece of paper saying "TEC ROMs". One couple 
marked ZPFAK 02605 ans 02705 marked as CBM new an one couple marked 
ZPFAK 02603 and 02703 maked as CBM old.

I scanned the contents but no informing text except at the end a 
part of the ASCII table, Z downto space.

Doeas this ring a bell?
