Hm, it's PHP and I've gone there via this intro page where you have to 
click on the „I agree not to redistribute or sell GEOS“ link:

   http://www.cbmfiles.com/geos/index.php

Maybe the dynamic PHP really actually checks that you've gone through 
that link and not to the pages directly.  Because I don't get empty pages.
