Searching for it on ebay found one item from this seller: https://www.ebay.it/usr/componentcentraloregon Markings don't look too fake-ish (I've dealt with fakes often) and yes, any alcohol is useless to remove fake IC paints, I use paint remover products or acetone. Having said that, it would be the first time that MOS marked some IC as VIC-xx, the usual part numbers that we all know about are 65-- 75-- 85-- or xxxxxx-yy (mostly on roms/plds).
