In that case, you definitely want your environment to not only have the same instructions and behavior like C128 BASIC but also implement the exact same binary tokens and be able to at least read and translate the pointers to lines, even if the program gets relocated in the PC memory when it is loaded. It reminds me of the cbmbasic scripting language by Michael Steil and James Abbatiello.
