Vice 17XX REU binary file

Hi all concerning my last question with setting up the Commodore 17XX
REU's in Vice emulator I mentioned the binary files that are needed, would
those
possibly be on Bo Zimmermans Commodore file but Im not sure what section.
I will explore that or maybe ask Bo about that if I cant find anything,
Meanwhile I would really appreciate if anyone can explain those binary
files,
I think those files are even needed to setup the C64 Super CPU.  That even
supports Jiffy Dos but to use Jiffy Dos Does that require a Rom for the
Jiffy Dos?
