Judging by the filename of the main program "mony 64" I'd assume this to be a kind of a financial bookkeeping/ expenses tracking program with some data files. Title of the disk can mean both "household" and "budget" (native German speakers please correct me if I'm wrong). And judging by the "64" at the end it looks like it should run on… you guessed it;-)
