Hi to all of you, CBM hackers! Last year, if you remember, Ruud made a schematic of a board which contains a 6522A CPU, a 6522A VIA and some logic ICs for simulating a 7501/8501 CPU for the Commodore 264 series. In my free time, I built the board (it looks very ugly). It was finished for January the 30th but I didn't have the 6522A for testing it. Ruud sent me two of them, so today I checked the board for seeing if it works or not. Well, I turned on my spare plus/4 and... I can see the plus/4 screen! :-) At the moment, I haven't time for check proper operation of keyboard and disk drive (I have a 1541). Maybe during the week I can complete my tests. But, surely, it is good a good thing, isn't it?
