Judging from some "supsersized" pictures, I'd say that it has a 80 columns - and the CRT looks like a 12" tube to me too, so I'd hint for something 8000-ish, probably originally in the old all-in-one casing. What bothers me most is the keyboard - It clearly shows a QWERTZ layout. I wonder if that's original, or a custom hack. From the looks of it, it looks like a custom job.
