    I once fitted them into a M4-64/32 (TQFP44/fine pitch) which will (hardly,
    but somewhat possibly) fit in the middle of a small adapter PCB to make
    all plug into the original DIL socket.
    
    However, since the fabrication costs of the PCB were exceeding the price
    of a readily programmed 82S100 from Hermes TK in Germany about 4 times I
    never marketed that adapter solution.
