I sould learn how to change my From: address in Pine, or use another
mail program all the time. Anyway, here is my contribution to the
discussion:
Dumping the characters on the VIC-20 is even easier than on the C64,
as the ROM is permanently mapped at $8000-$8fff. Something like
POKE43,0:POKE44,128:POKE45,0:POKE46,144:SAVE"CHARS",8 should do it.
Remember to remove the first 2 bytes from the resulting file.
