I have a Commodore 1670 modem with 4 dip switches next to the telephone
connector. My manual mentions only 3 switches. Does anyone know what the
fourth switch is for (if anything)?
While testing modem, I found that they would not work, or work very poorly
on one C64, but work very well on another C64. As far as I can tell,
there is nothing wrong with either C64. Is there some problem with some
C64's and modem?
