Attaching a SVGA monitor to a C128?

Hi All,

I've been lurking this list for a while now... And you guys seems to really
know everything. ;-)

So I got a question for you... Is it possible to somehow attach a regular
SVGA-PC monitor to the RGB port of a C128(D)? What would I need? I guess
some kind of converter, but I haven't got a clue as to where to start
searching.
