I'm not sure if a VCR would work. The main motivation of the hack was to get a picture from an NTSC VCS 2600. Next time I have time to dig that stuff up, I'll try the links that were posted here. It could be that the instructions I tried to follow last time were made for a different board revision, or even a different version of the Stella chip (if several versions of it exist). Sorry for this slightly off-topic message, but the Atari has a 6502 compatible processor with 8 kB address space (4kB ROM and 128 B RAM) and no interrupts.
