I dug up my C65 and examined the RAM expansion piggyback board. The RAM
chips in use is labeled as follows:
JAPAN8950HCK
TC514256AP-10
While I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to electronics, it appears
that some variant of the 44256 chips are used. Maybe other experienced
electronic people can add more on this emailing list.
