The costs for printing and paper probably supersedes your selling price, so any genuinely interested buyer would probably still be interested in the original book. Although an e-text is easier to search through, a document worth more than 20 pages of A4/letter size tend to be cumbersome. <offtopic> BTW regarding free distribution vs undermining commercial interests; last week I read a notice about SCO taking the battle with Linux one step further by commenting that open source software destroys the commercial software market, as millions of dollars worth of software will never be sold but distributed freely. I'm not sure what their means are to stop people from producing software without asking money from it - maybe IRS or someone can imply penalty taxation on those giving away things for free? </offtopic> -- Anders Carlsson "Please not to close to the hair, finger, clothes to run about the inside's vehicle, in order to prevent quilt involvement." -- Bit Racer Message was sent through the cbm-hackers mailing list
