He used the IEC for several devices also, across a long room. We didn't even try. But you are invited to implement it :-) And I used the IEEE488 from the beginning (for my C64 and my VC1541, which sped everything up already :-)) I don't really think I get an answer about the schematics soon. So I put digging up the source, reengineering the hardware and uploading it to funet on my TODO list (which is pretty long for 8bits at this time, and moving slowly - my PhD thesis has much higher priority now!)
