On power on you have to press 'Form Feed' and 'Line Feed' (maybe just one, but this worked also). Then it prints the options. By pressing Form-Feed you can change an option, 'Local' is used as Acknowledgement. Maybe someone can add this at funet, cause in the net there wasn't a digital manual or some other information about this. Bo Zimmers CBM Site had also some printers with Settings information, but he left the settings out for the mps1230.
