get a neontube and sandpaper. carefully remove the white stuff from the
neontube.... mount the thing in a closed case (dont look at it when its
turned on .... atleast not for a long time, even if its "interisting" to
watch the weird effect it gets :=D). doesnt work as well as "real" uv tubes,
but is certainly a lot cheaper :)
