Craig's message reminded me -- I just landed an MSD-SD2 myself, which I'm
already pretty impressed with just after a couple hours messing around with
it. It also makes me realize how frustrating software is that isn't dual-drive
aware, including some of my own work. ^_^;;
However, Star Commander does *not* like it and won't talk to it ("Device
not present"), using a plain old X1541 cable and Normal transfers in DOS.
The cable and SC work fine with a 1541 drive, so the configuration is known
good.
Anyone successfully using an MSD dual drive with SC?
