yes of course, that's what I wanted to express with the adjective
"authentic". I would like to know about exact chip numbers, maybe chip
types (ceramic, plastic), printed adhesive label or standard number
directly printed onto the chip, ...

The 2031 HP (High Profile) is no dual-CPU disk drive, it does not
contain a RRIOT. It is similar to the 2031 LP that is very similar to
the 1541 except for the VIA-to-IEEE interface bus.

The 2031 LP also does not contain a 6530 RRIOT which was my intention
for this list. I don't know anything about the 8280 or the 9060/9090 and
may be wrong in assuming that these three devices also contain RRIOT chips.

Anders, as far as I remember sometime in the past you told that the well
known dumper programs from William, Olaf and Marko are not able to dump
the RRIOT ROM and probably the DOS ROMs too from your DOS-1 equipped
floppy. Did you ever find out what cases this inability? I am willing to
try to fix my dumper to get this job done as long as we can find out
that there is a way that will work in the end.
