This is the board that already uses 64Kx4 DRAM (41464). I own a C64C (the flat case) with this board (using a 6569R5) but I also heard that this board was used in the breadbox case. The next board revision was 250469 which switched to the 85xx-Chips for CPU, VIC and SID and eliminated most of the TTL logik with the 64pin PLA. I also own a 250407 board (the last one with the discrete PLL instead of the MOS 8701) with a 6569R3 in Ceramic. This board also came with the 6569R1 from what I can find on the web. Looks like the 6569R5 came relatively late, all the ones I have are stamped with a '86 datecode. Gerrit Message was sent through the cbm-hackers mailing listReceived on 2011-08-27 18:00:02
