One option that has not been mentioned in this thread yet is cbmlink and 
a RS-232 cable. It supports the 6551 ACIA of the plus/4.

Another option is the c2n232 and c2nload (or cbmlink), but it would 
require an adapter from the card edge connector to the Mini-DIN used by 
the 264 series.
