Hi Jim,

The signal will be 3v3 too
It will come from my avr 128 A1 xplained.

I'll develop the interface with an arduino a 5v
Then I'll port the system in 3v3 with the avr xplained.
[to avoid mixing 2 sources of problem]

Remove the 3V3 regulator and jumper across it.  You'd also need to 
bypass the 3 voltage dividers on the SD lines (the 3300/1800 pairs on 
the bottom, remove the 3300 and short the 1800).  That should take care 
of things, assuming AVR has 5V tolerant inputs when driven at 3V3.
