Depends on what you want to pay. There is a number of online shops (who also sell on ebay) that sell cleaned up gear complete with boxes, manuals etc but you do pay a *significant* premium. If you just want one that works and are not to fussy about condition then ebay is as good as anywhere because they are so common. I bought a box of 6 C64's with two huge boxes of extras (mainly games, joysticks, PSU's) for < £40, all of which were easy to get working, so the 64's worked out to about £5 each.
