There you have the HMOS-Versions of VIC (8565R2) and SID (8580R5), both in sockets, RAM are 2 64Kx4 DRAMs (easy to find, from really old VGA cards for example) and the glue logic is one big CMOS chip that rarely dies. Also, the BASIC/KERNAL-ROM ist a 23128 (soldered unfortunatly), easily replacable with a 27128 or 27256 if you want to use a different KERNAL or switch between 2 versions. Those can be recognized by the keyboard, the graphic symbols are on top of the keys with the letters, not on the front as on the older revisions. Of course, this is no 100% guarantee, but so far this keyboard combined with the wedge shaped flat case always had the 250469 board in it on the C64s I have opened.
