C128

So I have 2 C128's. Each one worked for about a week the screen/video went
blank.
The problem is similar to the C64 that I replace the PLA and fix it.
Is the same C128 PLA chip called a 8721 and can I replace that and fix my
128's?
Where would I get those chips?
