I just read both copies.  Thanks for that, too.  I think I must have
had the second edition because my first PET was a 2001-32N (US version
of a 3032) and I know I typed in many examples while learning.

BTW, the Mark Zimmerman that wrote FLOPTRAN is the same one cited in
the bibliography.  He wrote many PET-centric articles for "Byte" back
in the day.
