We shoudl probably take this to a smaller audience.  I know I am 
interested in following the thread, I assume Jim and Tod are, and Mike 
might be, but I doubt the rest of the group cares.

I think Glenn Holmer's server is down for good, as I think Glenn has 
stepped out of the community.  If that's true, we should probably grab 
the newest code and put it back in Mike's repo or something.
