Maurice Randall is.. well known in the CBM community. Mostly for being unreliable business partner ;-) Although he had a few short breaks during recent ten years or so when he could be reached and even deliver something ;-) I was once lucky to get a few JiffyDOS ROM sets during one of those breaks.
