GS64 needs repair

Hi all,

I have a Games System that is not working correctly.

It will start-up using the 4 games cartridge for the GS. I can see the
games menu, but I have problems with selecting the game. The joystick will
go only once down, after that it will not go down or up. I can use the
fire button to select the game. In the game I have also problems with the
joystick. Sometimes with up, sometimes with right.

I also tried a Final Cartridge 3, this time I can go up or down and fire
but not to the right.

First thing I did was to desolder the two 6526's. Put two sockets in and
put two other 6526 in the sockets. Strangely there was no difference.
I tried several 6526's but no improvement.

Can anybody give a hint in what to do next?
