Hi André,

I agree, it could be a clone of the MW 8160/8096 made by Helmut Proxa.

The 8096 mode is compatible to the CBM 8096, the other mode isn't. 

I've got some blurry photos taken with a cell phone cam of parts of the schematics, maybe it helps:

CAS/RAS timing is made with some schmitt-trigger / rc and a monoflop, as seen on the schematics.
