Warning: error in my Eagle LBR files

Hallo allemaal,

I already found out I had an error in my Eagle LBR files, at least 
the 6522 had an error: I switched the power supply pins. I just 
found out that it happened with the 6526 and 6520 as well. I started 
with one and created all the others using the first one as base. 

I'm sorry for any inconveniance for those who copied my files!
