Hi, yes it was 1980. Sorry, I just pasted in the quote from Michael and removed some stuff about his appearance. The 1980 reference was from a different quote. Anyway, I added the date in brackets so hopefully that will be clear. As an aside, I've been re-reading Brian Bagnall's "On the Edge" books (I have both editions) and the jumping around makes things a little confusing. It certainly was one of the most interesting turning points in Commodore's history. Fascinating reading for anyone remotely interested in Commodore nostalgia.
