doh - the catweasel software has de- and encoders for all apple formats (2e 
and Mac) since ages. and i'd be surprised if the kryoflux software does not :) 
amiga and apple are (besides commodore) pretty much the only widely used 
formats that aren't (m)fm afterall :)
