Yeah, it didn't sound like it was stuck, it just couldn't read 
anything any longer.

Right, I need to figure out how to do that, then. I only managed to 
get to the PCB on my first attempt. Do you know if anyone has posted 
a video of how to disassemble one somewhere that I can look at?
