Last year when I had to perform that on my A600, I wasn't brave enough to use ceramics just right away. I used SMD tantalums (with the only exception of the two audio coupler caps... those were replaced with standard so-said-longlife |-) alu electrolytics). Even the tantalums are different enough in nature so that there is a possibility of problems, but I thought they were a good compromise.
