91 per cent isopropyl is preferable, since it takes the water with it when 
it evaporates.

When you resolder the shift lock, put 6 in. (15 cm) wires in place of the 
original short wires. You won't have to desolder it the next time.
Repeated soldering and desoldering will damage the shift lock.
